Description

Our cave swims are one of our most magical sessions. They get booked up very quickly. If you can’t see the dates you want, get in touch as we can often arrange sessions around customer’s availability.

They usually include a walk to our swim spot, a swim, time for some tasty snacks and a drink and a return walk. Time in the water will depend on water temp, time of year, group and conditions but is usually about 30-60 mins.

These swims are not long or fast paced and in fact we suggest you keep your head up to see the stunning scenery! (Although you may like goggles/snorkel to look down too!)

Most cave swims are between 500m-1km at a very leisurely pace, with the wonder being in the experience not the distance or pace. They tend to be in deep water throughout and so only suited to confident swimmers. If you wish to discuss this, please get in touch. They also have some accessibility issues so if you think you may struggle with a short clamber or coast path walk, give us a quick call. We always try to be as inclusive as possible.

Children can also be included on some swims by arrangement.

Conditions for a safe cave swim are quite specific and although we use several locations, sometimes it’s just not safe to swim there. If this is the case, we don’t cancel but adjust the session to make the best of the conditions on the day. Sometimes this involves a time or venue change or is not in a cave. Please allow for flexibility in your session. We will do our best to give you a lovely experience.

We are always looking for opportunities to hold a cave swim as one of our most popular sessions. If you can’t see a cave swim on our bookings atm, then get in touch to join our WhatsApp chat for all our sessions as details will be put in there as we create them.

If you are visiting and can only attend within certain dates, get in touch - we will do our best to try to create one to suit. If you are a local and would like one to fit into your work/life schedule, let us know what works for you.
