Description

Introduction to Wild Swimming – suitable for complete beginners or those in their 1st few months of wild swimming.

The full course covers all the important stuff you need to know, what to wear, what kit you need, and guides you through you 1st 6 swims/dips but if you can’t commit weekly the why not book an individual,session?

With qualified staff and safety crew, you’ll feel safe as you build confidence.

Over the full course we will cover…

  • safe acclimatisation
  • kit
  • safety & how to pick your swim spot
  • How to create a swim plan
  • Post swim essentials
  • Teaching/coaching for improving water skills
  • confidence & competence training

Plus a specific WhatsApp chat to go over what we’ve learnt, answer any questions and post relevant links, video clips and photos).

Event Details

Dates - Sunday 8/5, 15/5, 22/5, 29/5, 12/6, 19/6 (no session 5/6).
Time - 9am
Venue - mid Pembrokeshire between Milford & Solva (depending on weather. Venue announce Monday each week).

Course cost - £100. (Usually £20 each, book the course & get a free session)
