Description

Our well-being sessions are a great way to connect with new friends, get outdoors, enjoy some blue/green therapy, and press your reset button.

In our busy lives it’s so important to take time for ourselves, to create a toolkit of things that make us feel good so we can use them whenever we want or need.
Sessions include activities that will help you switch off from the daily routine, take a little time out, and let you breath! A swim/dip/paddle, mini beach clean, beach treasure hunting, rockpooling, sand/pebble art, camp fire, mindfulness activities. We try to vary these depending on conditions, tide and venue.
There’s no pressure to take part in every activity – the whole session is based on enjoyment so you participate at whatever level you feel like on the day.

If you don’t see a session that suits your availability, just get in touch. We often create sessions to suit our customers.

We can also run these sessions for groups of friends, school groups, work place groups and for all ages and abilities. Please get in touch to chat about booking a group session.
