Winter pool sessions Narberth – Saturday morning 9.45am til 10.30am
9 more weeks of technique & confidence training whilst it’s too cold to swim heads down outdoors. Our Swimfit winter pool sessions Narberth will build confidence & stamina, improve technique and get you ready for all our summer adventures!
You can then join our outdoor lessons from May to September where we will help you learn to swim, improve your stroke, technique, confidence, stamina & distance with the aim of helping you to swim 1000m or further.*
* Achieving the 1000m distance will depend on many factors including ability at the start of the course. We will help each swimmer set a personal goal they can work towards.
Saturday mornings continue from 28th Feb to 25th April incl.
