Exposing our bodies to extreme cold & heat has a whole list of wonderful benefits and combining the 2 increases their potential.
In this session we will alternate between relaxing in a wood fired sauna situated in a beautiful position on the Pembrokeshire coastline with stunning views of the sea, then our cold water experts will guide you as you immerse into cold water to spark your senses and revive you*
*Please note, if conditions on the day mean it’s not safe to dip in the sea, we may use buckets & trugs to pour or splash water over ourselves, paddle or even just stay outside in the cold air.
