Sea Safety Course for Swimmers – A One-Day Sea Safety Course for Swimmers, Paddleboarders & Beachgoers
Our Sea Safety Course for Swimmers is designed to help people enjoy the sea safely and confidently, whether for recreation, fitness, wellbeing or mental health.
For over 18 years we have run a successful beach lifesaving club for children here in Pembrokeshire. Our team includes swim teachers and coaches, lifesaving instructors, lifeguards and former lifeguards, alongside experienced water users who have spent much of their lives in, on and around the sea.
We are passionate about helping people make the most of Pembrokeshire’s incredible coastline while understanding how to access beaches and open water safely, confidently and responsibly.
